A01: All you have to do is call the Hotel and our reservation service will take all the needed information. To conclude the reservation, we ask you for a deposit equivalent to the cost of the first night.
Q02: How much time do I have to cancel my reservation? | back to top
A02: You have until 24 hours prior to the day of the reservation. If you don't cancel at least 24 hours before, you security deposit will be kept.

A03: We are located at less than 11 km - or less than 8 minutes away from downtown Montreal.

A04: We are located exactly at 22.5 km - or about 25 minutes for the Pierre-Elliot Trudeau airport.
